Located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, Sugarloaf Golf and Country Club is a prototype for Rochester's golf course design expertise. As the first Greg Norman TPC/PGA championship golf course designed in the US, the course blends with the natural beauty of the area. The course is set among 1,200 gently rolling acres filled with century-old trees. Other characteristics of the course include streams, lakes and hills and corridors of fairways threading through the trees. In 1997, Sugarloaf played host to the PGA TOUR's BellSouth Classic.

The course is surrounded by amenities including an elegant 60,000-square-foot clubhouse, a sports and recreation center that covers 7,500 square feet and three swimming pools. The residential component includes 480 single family residential sites.
